So in my journey for creating my superpower workflow, and also keeping my online content update and refreshing from day to day i thought about reflecting of the day that i am leaving and planning the day ahead.

this is an amazing success that i finally got to accomplish.
it’s been since 2008 that i was recording ideas and content into my audio devices, but the problem was that it’s was awful hard to go back and listen to the audio and to summerise and to decide where the content belongs. sometimes is about ideas and has action items and something the audio itself suppose to become a blog post.
so the mechanisem of recording audio was my best way of taking my thoughts and idea, but it wasn’t becoming a reality so it was just go to waste?

along the years i have developed myself into working with notion as a central system for my project management and also for my second brain, together with obsidian as my main note taking app.
I was trying lots of things to get the audio into text. I tried tools that let you talk and it gives you the text but it wasn’t working as the flow for me was different from just recording freely.
I must give credit for the final solution and it was Thomas Frank that finally give this solution for free with his workflow that he shares.
he has shared the simple setup process, that takes 5 minutes to accomplish once you know what to do.
once you finishes with the setup, you are ready to enjoy this amazing process that takes any audio into text and also get it to be summarises with actions steps and more.
this is amazingly simple process:
- you record your audio
- upload it to your google drive or dropbox (to a specific folder that you chose while deploying the setup
- that’s it. after uploading you will see the end results inside you notion workspace.
